Meet the Amazing Luna!
Imagine being put in a box and left in the desert by yourself! That's exactly what happened to poor Luna. She was brought to the sanctuary so distressed that she went into liver failure. No one thought she would make it, but, with tons of TLC, she pulled through. She may be squooshy and soft, but there's a tough girl in there!
Luna's has trouble getting adopted because she is very picky about her cat friends. Perhaps this is because her front paws are declawed and feels like she has to compensate by being a bully. She is very sweet and loves company but doesn't like to be picked up or put on your lap. She will follow you around just to be near you and boy does she love belly rubs!
Unfortunately Luna does have a weight problem due to taking Prednisolone for a skin condition that flares up but, she is a good girl when taking her medication. Luna is getting older, born in 1999. She is really hoping there's someone to give her a happy ending soon.
Luna is also part of our Purrty Dozen campaign! Fighting Their Way Home
